Requirements:
- Couple must be getting married before April 2009 and already have a set date and location.
- The wedding should take place in the Kansas City metro area (Otherwise, travel fees may apply).
What to submit:
Send me an email at FreeWedding@kairosweddingfilms.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Free Wedding - [Bride’s Name] - [Wedding Date]
So if you’re name is Jane Smith and getting married on Saturday, April 5, 2007, your subject line would read: Free Wedding - Jane Smith - Saturday 4/5/07 - Recent photo(s) of you as a couple.
- Your contact information: name, email, phone number, address, etc. (If you are not the couple, please include your relationship to the couple.)
- Wedding Information: date, location, any interesting wedding plans or aspects of your wedding, etc.
- Videos, photos, emails, etc of your story as a couple and why you feel you are most deserving of this gift.
- Tell us why having a videographer at your wedding is important to you.
- And lastly, if you were to choose a song that captures the essence of how you want to remember your wedding, what song would best capture that feeling?
How do I know if I’ve won?
- After the deadline for submissions passes (June 27, 2008), we will read through all of your stories and choose 3 finalists. It will then be up to our faithful blog readers to vote for and choose their favorite couple to receive this gift. The winning couple will then be announced on the blog on Monday, July 14th.
What will I win?
- 4 hours of continuous coverage by Peter Chung and an additional videographer
- Steadicam coverage
- Wedding Day Highlights clip
- Wedding Day Highlights posted on the blog
- 3 DVDs with custom-designed case and menus
- This custom package is valued at $2500, which one deserving couple will receive absolutely free.
