Every issue of KC Magazine features a business describing them in 100 words or less along with 10 questions.
For their annual wedding issue, KC Magazine chose us to be featured in their 100+10 column! I was quite shocked and excited when I saw that it was a full page article in the magazine! People say that to be in KC Magazine, either you’re really good or you paid them a lot of money… someone out there must have paid them a large sum of money because it sure wasn’t me ;)

This past Sunday, while walking around the Ritz Charles at the WHITE event, Michael Nolte’s premiere Bridal Show, an attractive woman chases me down and says, “Peter! Is that you?” I turn around and while she looks somewhat familiar, she comes running up to me with the KC Magazine paged to the article and says, “Did you see the latest magazine?”
At this point, I’m shocked and at a loss for words because I’m not entirely certain who she is and I didn’t expect to have anyone come up to me about the article… Being caught off-guard, I mumble something and find out that she is KC Magazine’s Executive Editor, Katie Van Luchene. It was funny because at that moment, I realized who she was because George Weyrauch, a mutual friend of ours, had just asked me the other day if I had met Katie. Isn’t it funny how things work out like that?
Katie and her staff were super friendly and gave me some extra copies of the magazine to take home and share. If you were at the WHITE event and would like a free one year subscription to KC Magazine, send me an email and I’ll hook you up!
Anyways, this weekend was a lot of fun and I’m so thankful for all that’s happening!
Thank you Charlie Upchurch for putting together the great article. And thanks to George Weyrauch of Blacktop Creative for bringing this article to my attention!
